SikaGrout®-114 is a premium, cement-based, 1-component, free-flowing, and non-shrink grouting mortar. Engineered with high-grade cement, selected aggregates, and special additives, this pre-blended compound is designed to expand controllably in the plastic state. It is the industry standard for high-strength precision grouting, machine foundations, and structural anchoring.

Packaged in a convenient 25 KG bag, it requires only the addition of clean water on-site to achieve exceptional flow and early strength.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation

• The concrete substrate must be clean, structurally sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance, and loose particles.

• Thoroughly pre-wet the concrete surface for a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. The surface should be saturated surface dry (SSD) with no standing water just before application.

• Ensure formwork is rigid, water-tight, and properly anchored to withstand grout pressure.

2. Mixing

• Water Ratio: Pour approximately $3.5 \text{ to } 4.0 \text{ Liters}$ of clean water (per 25 KG bag) into a mixing vessel, depending on the desired consistency.

• Slowly add the SikaGrout®-114 powder while mixing continuously with a low-speed electric drill (max 500 RPM) equipped with a suitable paddle.

• Mix thoroughly for 3 to 5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free, homogenous consistency is achieved. Allow the mix to stand for 1–2 minutes to release entrained air.

3. Placement

• Pour the mixed grout immediately into the prepared formwork from one side only to avoid trapping air or creating voids.

• Maintain a continuous head of grout during the pour to ensure constant flow.

4. Curing

• Exposed grout surfaces must be protected from premature drying. Apply a suitable curing compound (like Sika Antisol) or keep the surface damp with wet burlap or water curing for at least 3 days.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Storage Conditions: Store in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging in dry, covered conditions. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production when stored correctly.
